These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the North American Indian Chamber of Commerce (“NA-ICC,” “we,” “us”) website at https://miiacc.com, and our related services including membership, events, and communications. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@na-icc.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Membership dues and any event fees are stated in U.S. dollars and processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment services is also subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not prorate refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and may restrict access to member-only features until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to retry failed charges.
Refund requests for memberships or events are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@na-icc.org within 14 days of a charge to request a review.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Program name: NA-ICC Alerts. With your consent, we send event reminders and program announcements by text message.
How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on our contact form or member account settings and provide your mobile number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of membership or any purchase.
Message frequency: recurring, up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
Help: reply HELP or email info@na-icc.org.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of North American Indian Chamber of Commerce or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted (e.g., sharing a link to a public page).
The NA-ICC name and logo are trademarks of North American Indian Chamber of Commerce. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party sites you visit.
The site and all content, services, and communications are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, North American Indian Chamber of Commerce, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North American Indian Chamber of Commerceand its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which North American Indian Chamber of Commerce is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an email to members with accounts). Your continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
